T.I. has been sued by an up-and-coming rapper who claims Tip illegally used one of his songs. The rising rapper, Motoe Blizzid (real name: Nathan Filby), alleges that his 2006 track, “Reverence,” was sampled for T.I.’s Grammy-winning hit “What You Know.” Blizzid claims that his song made the rounds to a lot of music industry people before landing with Relentless Management, which has worked with T.I.
