![]() Soulja Boy has been sentenced to 12 months probation by a Georgia judge following an October 2009 incident in where he and others allegedly evaded police. In October 2009, rapper Soulja Boy along with some friends were hanging out at an abandoned home in McDonough, Georgia around the time of the taping of the 2009 BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta, as reported on rappagesmagazine.com. The group along with Soulja Boy fled when neighbors called police to complain about the ruckus they were causing. Soulja Boy was charged with obstruction and later released on bond.
