Cleveland rapper Kid Cudi is set to star in new HBO series, How To Make It In America. 

The series is based on three twenty-somethings that are attempting to find themselves and make it in Manhattan. The comedy is executive produced by Mark Wahlberg, who is also linked to another HBO hit, Entourage.  

Kid Cudi, born Scott Mescudi, plays Domingo, the group's party animal. "We don't know what Domingo does, but hopefully we find out next season," said Cudi. "I feel like this acting thing is me starting over and I have a lot to prove. And I like that. I understand my position."

How To Make It In America premieres on HBO on February 14th at 10:00 PM.
