The 'Realest'

Jevon Jones aka "Tha Realest" is an explosive, electrifying talent with the swagger of a veteran entertainer and the mystique of a real life phenomenon. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Tha Realest currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Tha Realest initially stepped into the limelight as a member of Death Row Records. After the derail of Death Row, his drive and determination would not allow for failure, and it led him to his new home. In 2006, he joined up with Tru 'Dat' Entertainment, an independent label.

His current projects include his sophomore record. He released his solo debut CD, Witness Tha Realest, in July 2009. In an effort to create a superstar-making partnership, he teamed up with the hit production team Tha Underdogs—Damon Thomas and Harvey Mason, Jr. He also released a video for his first single, "Eurry Now and Then," with the guidance of renowned director Chris Stokes.

Along with his lyrical domination, Tha Realest has that special ingredient that would allow for him to make a leap to the motion picture industry. He possess "that look" that casting directors make movie stars out of. He has been approached by TV executives from networks to host shows, sitcoms, and reality television shows, and to be the principle actor or offer his gifts as a script writer.

His future projects include touring, releasing his sophomore solo album, working on the debut album of Hip-Hop group The Regime (of which he is a member), creating collaboration albums with Don Twizzi and C-Bo, and developing a DVD of himself that documents the years of his personal struggle, the relationships, the drama, and the ballin'.

Tha Realest is the new 2010 version of an artist that has crafted himself into a marketable machine. He is a bona-fide entertainer, an undiscovered element who's undeniably raw, powerful, and real. Be prepared to witness Tha Realest.
